There are so many goddamn blogs and it kind of hurts my soul to add another one, but I think we have something worth sharing here. Over the past couple of months, several staffers across various CEC departments have been doing some research into building an archive of our past events since we were founded in 1965. Let me tell you it is a lot of work, but slowly we're gonna get it done. Back to the blog, just last night, it clicked. We're going to use this website to store our archive. I feel like the indie sleaze stuff is on the rise again which is why this tumblr format for the blog is kind of ideal. Each post will be different because why not, but the general idea is one picture from that event, who it is that we brought to campus and a quote from a staffer of the time relating to the event. Any legend you can think of, we've had em.
